Villa Rosa - beautiful villa near the town center

Pure relaxation in the Villa Rosa. Our beautiful little villa is located not far from the center of Bad Sachsa on a small mountain overlooking the idyllic mountains and forests of the Harz. An enchanted garden invites you to linger. The path to the center of the place takes a 5-minute walk away and also the Salztalparadies adventure pool as well as a large indoor playground and the beautiful melting pond as well as the city forest are within walking distance. The space Villa Rosa has 5 rooms: on the lower floor are the living room and dining room as well as a beautiful study and kitchen. All the rooms have several windows and are correspondingly bright and cozy. The living room room room has a big TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and AppleTV. A beautiful, old spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. Here are two bedrooms, each with a 180x200cm bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub, and an extra toilet. We bought the villa just under a year ago, newly renovated and furnished. We use the house ourselves as a holiday home and have designed it accordingly in style and lovingly. It is ideal for families with up to 2 children or two couples. The house is also excellent as a home office, there are two workspaces in a separate study. The view over the garden makes the work day a highlight The house includes a beautiful garden located on the slope with cozy sitting and dining area. If desired, swings and a mud kitchen for children can be put out. The key is handed over without contact via a key box and can be designed individually. Important: Bad Sachsa is a healing climatic spa town with particularly good air and mild climate. As part of the stay, a guest fee is due for each guest over 12 years old. In return, guests receive a guest card with which they receive numerous discounts and services in Bad Sachsa and the surrounding area.
