Waterfront Lake Fishing Cabin (WiFi)

Waterfront Cabin on Lake Murvaul perfect for fishing, water sports or just enjoying the serene nature. Located in the quietest and best neighborhood on the south side of Lake Murvaul. Roughing it… but not really. The equivalent of having a small RV without actually having to haul one. Dual ACs in the cabin to keep you cool. Outdoor shower. Full size bunk bed with built in futon and a twin mattress on top bunk. The space Door= Can sometimes be slightly testy to open because of weather changes. If this happens, just put a shoulder into it and the door will open. Small cabin= small space. Bunk bed- Top bunk can hold one person or two children. Bottom bunk can hold two adults. Kitchenette: Full mini fridge w freezer. Microwave. Plug in grill. Breakfast station w/ coffee maker, small oven and small grill. Table seats 4 comfortably but two more people can be on the ends. Sink (cold water only). I am not responsible for cleaning utensils. All guest are responsible for cleaning kitchen utensils. If you leave dirty kitchen utensils you’ll be charged a cleaning fee. Shower: Outdoor shower w mini hot water heater. It takes a few minutes to warm up but once it does you’ll have hot water for your shower. Pergola: The is a Pergola relaxation area down by the water. Smoking: 420 Friendly outside. Smoker friendly outside. Do not leave cigarette butts on the ground or you’ll be charged a fee for littering. Use the ashtray provided on the small table outside. Do not smoke inside or you’ll be charged a smoking fee. Toilet: Rarely you may need to hold the handle down or flush twice. It’s old but it works. Guest access The Cabin and pergola area only. All other structures are off limits. Other things to note PSA: This cabin is better than any other small cabin you will find available on Lake Murvaul. If you believe you can do better, by all means try your best. This is TEXAS. There will be heat, bugs and dirt. If you can’t handle that I suggest you choose another state for your vacation. Usually insects stay outside of the cabin, but if they manage to get in there’s a flyswatter, spray and spatula perfect for the eradication of any insects you see. The floor in the cabin has scuffs marks and until I remodel it, it will stay that way. This cabin is not the Taj Mahal. It’s not a fancy bed and breakfast. It is exactly what I say it is… Roughing it… but not really. An upgrade over camping. A small cabin on the lake. It will be clean. But I will not sweep up after every spec of dirt you track in. I will not train a vampire bat to eat every bug flying through the air. I will ignore any whining or complaining about any of these things. If you think you will even think about thinking of complaining or whining about any of these things I suggest you stay in the city. I do not want the headache of dealing with crybabies. I will not refund you or apologize. If the description I have given fits you, then save us both the headache and don’t stay here. There is a bed and breakfast across the street for 3x the price with no waterfront. Stay there if you want to be pampered. However, if you’re a person who enjoys the outdoors, plan on enjoying your trip and don’t whine about small irrelevancies… this place is for you and I am happy to host!
