Thesilverlining_karjat The space ‘Thesilverlining_karjat’ is a unique villa made of all Natural material (Stones, mud, wood and lime). This is a unique home with old age techniques used to build it which keeps the house naturally cool when it’s sunny outside and warm when it’s cold outside. It has 3 rooms with balconies/sitouts and far stretched views of greenery. - Unhindered view of the hills - Big lawn with a covered gazebo - full time care taker who stays outside the fenced area - meals available at additional charges - Projector - Karaoke - Pool table - Card games, board games, badminton, carrom board - Waterfall and river at 25 mins walk during monsoons - Treks, jungle walks, river side (monsoon only) walks can be arranged upon prior notice at minimal additional charges - CRACKERS NOT ALLOWED Sleeping arrangement is 3 rooms with queen size beds (1 in each room), 1 sofa cum bed in the living room. In addition, floor mattress can be provided. Lofts in the rooms can accomodate 3-4 people on floor mattresses. Things provided - bath towels, hand towels, shower gel and other basic necessities. Not included - tooth brush, shampoo and conditioner (pls carry your own) Things available for use are - Projector Speakers Smart TVs Appliances - Refrigerator, RO water Games - Monopoly, Mono deal, Scrabble, Sequence, Uno, Playing cards, Jhenga, badminton, cricket, carrom board, pool table Other things to note Only Jio network works. We have 2 WiFis - Jio and local cable network - Property is 25 Km (40 mins) away from Karjat station - Our place is in the middle of greenery and close to nature so you will hear insect sounds and see insects. if doors/window nets are left open, insects can come inside also. And this is the case with all the places which are in the middle of nature and not surrounded by buildings. - ACs do not run on power back up so AC will not work in case of electricity outage. If you need AC back up 24x7, generator can be arranged at an additional charge of Rs 2K per day. - We have 2 WiFi connections - Jio and local cable network. Internet may also go off sometimes when electricity is out or when it’s raining heavily during monsoons.
