Fits 4 comfortably - but will consider 6 guests with permission (max 4 adults) Fully stocked and equipped kitchen. Gated complex has secure parking and access to private deeded beach access with mat to sand. Two building on 7 acres of greenery with a pond in-between. Each building has its own pool and hot tub. The space You will have access to our gated resort with two pools and two extra large hot tubs. In between buildings is a large pond with local wildlife - enjoy sitting in the gazebo or having a picnic in our grill area which is poolside. We have a community library with games and puzzles to borrow. Walk to area restaurants and enjoy the new Perdido key multipurpose trail to jog, walk or ride bikes on. You can rent or bring your own bikes. Six miles from bridge to Florabama! We are adjacent to the National Seashore with wide expansive unspoiled beaches and access to the international coastal waterway (calmer water great for paddleboard, kayaking or watching boat traffic). Enjoy Big Lagoon or Perdido Key state parks nearby. Ask for more local information! Guest access You will be provided with a gate code to the property and a key code to the condo unit.
