The apartment is located in a small building dating back to the 1800s in a quiet area within walking distance of excellent typical trattorias and places to have suggestive aperitifs. The space The loft of about 60 square meters has been designed to be exploited in all its spaces, the sleeping area is located on a large loft from which all the lights of the house can be controlled, on the lower level we find different areas , a relaxation area with a one and a half square sofa bed, an area dedicated to creativity with a large desk and a snack area with a kitchen equipped with various comforts, the apartment is completed with a comfortable and bright bathroom complete with laundry and a balcony overlooking the quiet Largo Maurelli square.
