Each house has the exclusive use of part of the land. You will have a private saltwater pool. If you love nature, diving, snorkeling or kayaking, you've found the perfect place. Drinking an aperitif on the terrace at sunset is a pure moment of happiness. The space Our villa has a master suite with a shower room, two bedrooms with double beds and a studio with a shower room, in both cases. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned with a large dressing room. In addition, the villa has a large air-conditioned mezzanine (operating from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.) & also equipped with fans to accommodate 4 children. In addition, our villa is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and large fridge-freezer. A drinking water tank of several m3 ensures a water autonomy of 24-48 hours. The price includes linens and towels but not beach towels. The villa has a beautiful swimming pool with sea views equipped with an alarm as well as an alarm system for the villa with a specific tenant code. The openings are roller shutters that overlook the terrace. Guest access You have access to the entire villa. Apart from the common entrance at the gate, each house has the exclusive enjoyment of the garden located around each house. Each villa has its own private salt pool. You also have a barbecue area outside the house. The terrace has a pergola so you can have lunch outside even if it rains. To access the villa, you can type "Villas Bleu Malendure" on the Google Maps app. The app will take you to our parking lot very easily. Our on-site steward will be waiting for you to check in at any time in the evening. Other things to note - Parties are forbidden in our villa - the villa is not suitable for children who cannot swim even if the pool is equipped with an alarm - Breakfast can be provided daily upon request. This option is for a fee and must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance - sheets and towels are provided and can be changed free of charge once a week, upon request at check-in. A paid option allows you to change them every 3 to 4 days if desired - the end of stay cleaning is included in the price of this rental. Weekly cleaning can be carried out every 7 days, for any stay of at least 14 days, upon request at check-in.
