Meals can be enjoyed on the shaded terrace, and you can relax, with unobstructed views of the valley and mountains, also appreciable from the two large bedrooms. Perfect also for relaxing in peace during a business trip! The space In this old house, you will have at your disposal You will find everything for your comfort in this place: * On the ground floor - Independent entrance through a veranda airlock. - Living room of 46 m2 facing south west: Dining room with open and equipped kitchen, and a living room with sofa bed (available staying in the capacity of 4 guests) - Closet and separate toilet * Upstairs, accessible by a miller's staircase (see photo) a landing serves independently - The 2 bedrooms with double bed 160x200 (bed linens provided) and storage furniture - The bathroom with Italian shower, double sink ( towels provided) and WC. Everything is provided for a carefree stay, all you have to do is put your bags down... Ideal for resting after your days of work during a business trip... New: for better service, we have installed high-speed Wi-Fi! Guest access You can park in the public square about 100 meters from the accommodation. The accommodation, adjoining that of your host, is separate and independent on the garden level. The garden allows access to a studio at the back of the house, but you have the reserved use of the outdoor space (garden furniture and barbecue). Other things to note Children from 7 years old can be accommodated with vigilance to be maintained due to the overhanging terraces and the slightly steep interior staircase. The accommodation and its terrace are for your exclusive use (it is not possible to invite outside people). We count on your knowledge of living for the respect of the tranquility of the neighborhood and the people staying in the studio at the back of the house, especially during late hours. The garden is also the territory of our cats who may pay you a visit. Geneva remains accessible daily from the property. Off season, the price is negotiable for longer-term rentals, do not hesitate to ask for information.
