Our Tiny home Little Sunshine is awaiting you to come & enjoy accommodation that is a little rural. 1 king bed, 1 double sofa bed, Bathroom, kitchen, & lounge area. The Tiny home has a fenced yard and your own entrance, ensuring your privacy and convenience, with room to bring your Boat/Caravan. Located less than 10 mins to shops, 3min drive to Fraser Coast Sports Precinct, 7min to Hospitals and 12min to Beaches and The Esplanade, 17min to River Heads Barge to head over to K'gari/Fraser Island The space 1 Bedroom Tiny home is our guest house designed to provide you the utmost comfort and relaxation. it Sleeps x2 adults comfortably in a King size bed and sleeps up x2 small children on the pull-out Double sofa lounge. Max 2 adults and 2 children, or up to 3 adults only. each bed has comfy bedding and tasteful décor ensuring a restful sleep. Natural light streams through, or if you prefer a sleep in there is blackout curtains for a restful sleep in. The living area is warm and welcoming with lounge/pull out sofa and 55" Smart TV for all your streaming movies/shows (please note you will need your own log in for streaming apps like Netflix, Stan etc) Live free to air channels available. The lounge opens into the Kitchen which is fully equipped with Oven/stove, microwave and large fridge, the kitchen consists of most of your essential cooking needs cups, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, tea towels, salt/pepper, oil, tea/coffee, sugar for all your culinary needs and some milk to get you started. The bathroom consists of a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine only. The bathroom adjoins the main bedroom and lounge / kitchen area. Shampoo/conditioner, bodywash, hand wash and washing machine liquid provided. Step outside to hear the birds and wildlife, you may also hear farm animals during your stay as we are an acreage suburb with most surrounding properties around you being 5-10 acres. There is separate fenced area for you and your family to keep you safe. PLEASE NOTE we do have a dam and sheep on our property this is why we have a designated large area fenced with dog fencing/wire for your safety. You will need to make sure your family stay within your fenced area; we do lock the gates between our yard and Tiny home yard for your own privacy and safety. You will require a car/motorbike for your transport as we are classed as a rural area (Uber and Taxis do service our area) As your Hosts we do reside on the same property, which is a small hobby farm on 5 acres, our main home is 50+ meters away so rest assured you have your own space and privacy, we may or may not be around during the day. You have your own gate and entrance to come and go as you please. Guest access You have full access to the tiny home and surrounding large yard area which is fenced. Other things to note Max 2 adults and 2 children or up to 3 adults only. Split system Air-conditioner in Lounge and kitchen only Ceiling Fan only in main bedroom Please note - as we are an acreage suburb you may hear Motorbikes, machinery, tractor/truck, animal noise e.g. Sheep, Dogs, Cows, Horses during your stay. There is 2x school buses that do go past only on school days between 7:15am - 7:30am and in afternoon approx. 4pm. (buses do not operate in QLD school holidays)
