Guest access The apartment is used completely alone and has an en-suite bathroom. Access is conveniently done by means of a key box. You will receive the corresponding code by email two days before your arrival. Other things to note There are various lakes and forests nearby. Fishing is also possible and a fishing ticket can be purchased at the campsite or directly from the fisherman in 18276 Lohmen ( about 3 km away). The rental of pedal boats as well as rowing boats is also possible at the campsite 200 m away in season. Furthermore, Garden am See is about 15 minutes from Güstrow, Krakow am See or Goldberg. Within 1 hour, depending on the direction, you are in Schwerin (state capital), Wismar, Rostock or also the Baltic Sea. So an ideal place for tranquility and yet perfect for excursions in Mecklenburg - Vorpommern. Attention! The holiday apartment is in the immediate vicinity to the lake. 🌳 Your surroundings: pure nature & active recreation 🌳 Around our Tiny House2, you will find a wonderfully quiet environment that is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. At the same time, active guests will also get their money's worth here: Whether hiking, water sports, cycling, horseback riding or fishing – the region offers numerous opportunities to discover nature in a sporty way. The 4,000 sqm plot is located directly opposite the picturesque Lake Garda and offers you fantastic views. 🚤 Boat rentals & kiosk In the immediate vicinity is a campsite where you can rent boats during the season. There is also a small kiosk for refreshments or snacks in between. 🏊 Swimming, fishing & equestrian center Just a few steps away is the well-kept bathing spot for a refreshing swim in the lake. Anglers will also get their money's worth here and can try their luck right on the lake. A horseback riding farm is also very close and offers horse lovers great opportunities to explore the area on horseback. 🛒 Shopping & Excursions The nearest shopping facilities can be found in Güstrow, only 15 minutes away by car, or in Krakow am See. If you feel like a day trip, you can easily reach Rostock or the Baltic Sea in about 45 minutes by car. Here you can enjoy a perfect combination of tranquility, nature and exciting leisure activities – ideal for your well-deserved vacation! 🌞 Attention! In such a location, insects and vermin occur more often. We always clean the apartments after checking out of the guests, but we do not have a 24h reception. It may also happen that up to 3 days pass between departure and arrival in the season and sometimes 1 week out of season. Some of the space will not be entered during this time. Of course, we try to keep the time periods as short as possible, but this is not always possible for us. It can therefore be that sporadic cobwebs and spiders are located in the apartment or small flies. These can sometimes be found in the apartment after about 6 hours, although it has just been cleaned. These insects and small animals have nothing to do with the fact that the apartment is not cleaned. It is just impossible to completely remove it, in such a close location to the water. In summer and on wetter days, there may also be more mosquitoes or bees on the terrain. It is really a quiet and very secluded location. If you have any problems with this, I advise you to book this accommodation with a lake location. There are also no shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. In season there is a kiosk at the campsite, otherwise it is about a 15-minute drive to Goldberg, Krakow am See or Güstrow. There is no public transport nearby. New Year's Eve is prohibited from firing and igniting rockets on the property.
