Guests will need to provide their own charcoal and are required to clean the grill after use to maintain its condition. ​Arrival & Departure: Seamless self check-in after 4 PM | Checkout by 11 AM. ​🌙 HOUSE RULES ​Quiet Hours: 12 AM – 6 AM (Strictly enforced). ​Registered Guests Only: Please make sure all guests are included in your reservation. If unconfirmed visitors arrive or a gathering takes place without prior communication, the reservation may be canceled without refund. No Large Parties: Large or disruptive parties are strictly prohibited to preserve our home and neighborhood peace. ​Pristine Environment: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors ($450 restoration fee). ​🐾 PET POLICY ​Pets are family! We welcome up to two house-trained pets (pet fee applies). To protect the interior, we kindly require that pets stay off furniture and are crated if left unattended.
