As the paper towels and bath tissue supply may not be enough for your entire stay, you may wish to purchase additional toiletries to suit your needs. We provide linens, bath towels, hand towels, face towels, bath floor mat ★ KITCHEN & DINING ★ Start your day fresh and energetic with a single K-cup or 12 servings with our dual coffee machine. Enjoy meals in our open space kitchen fully equipped. Spices and oil provided. Stainless Steel Appliances include a fridge/freezer, stove & oven. Toaster with air-fryer capabilities, microwave, Dual coffee maker, blender, waffle maker and crock pot. The cabinets are also stocked with pots & pans, bakeware, utensils, mixing bowls, dishes, glasses, silverware, coffee mugs, dish soap, sponges, trash bags and hand towels. ★LIVING ROOM ★ As soon as you step inside, you'll be struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a large propane fireplace, perfect for cozy nights in and offers comfortable seating for the whole family (large sofa, love seat, 1 chair, a 60 inch Smart TV, and large ceiling fan) ★ GAME ROOM ★ 2 arcades and air hockey table that converts to ping pong table. ★ LAUNDRY ★ - On-site laundry room in 1st floor bathroom with new washer and dryer - Iron and ironing board provided - detergent pods and fabric softener supplied ★ OUTDOOR SPACE ★ Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail with fresh air in our enclosed porch. Indulge in a soothing soak in our Spa Hot Tub for ultimate relaxation. In the evening, this is a perfect space to enjoy your wine and gaze at the stars as you spend quality time with your family/friends. Have fun in our backyard with outdoor BBQ grill and corn hole game. Or keep warm and gather around the fire pit seating area for story telling or toasting marshmallows. The front and backyard lawn area is maintained by a professional company. ★ HOT TUB ★ Our hot tub can accommodate maximum of 6 people at a time. The hot tub is maintained by a professional company prior to your arrival. ★ ESSENTIALS ★ The entire home is equipped with fast speed WiFi, -Living room and 3 bedrooms have Smart TVs where you can enter your credentials to watch your favorite shows. Free Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the private driveway. May allow 4 vehicles -please ask first. No RV/trailer parking allowed ★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★ For security enhancement we have security camera/2 in the front 2 in the rear. All are working 24/7 for security purposes only. There are no cameras in private areas or inside the house. You and your guests will have complete access to entire house; except the locked owner’s pantry in the first-floor hallway. The community requires the following prior to arrival: *All guests (Adults & children) and vehicles are required to be registered on the community registration form. *You will also need to complete a lease agreement. Only the persons listed on the lease agreement and community forms are allowed to be at the property. *The community registration fee of $50 is included in the final total price. There is a $75 late fee for forms not completed within 3 days prior to arrival. *The details on the registration forms and lease agreement will be sent to you 24 hours after you provide email address. Please note you will need to get a guest pass to enter into the gated community. The welcome center will issue the guest pass after all drivers provide valid driver's license, vehicle registration and insurance. They will not accept a digital or photocopies. Other things to note *COMMUNITY AMENITIES* Our home is located in a private gated community with Lake access, 4 outdoor pools, tennis/basketball courts, beach, clubhouse, picnic pavilion, miniature golf course and playground. Amenity passes are required to use any public amenities. Passes can be purchased at the Main Administration Building during your stay for $12/person per day ages 3 & up. Lakes & outdoor pools seasonal access (Memorial Day - Labor Day) Fire pit (wood not provided) Please note the following: -We don’t allow any parties. -Due to host family health reasons, we don’t accept pets.
