Including the peaceful neighborhood, you'll be within walking distance of various restaurants and shops. Within the home, you'll find a comfortable experience lounging in any of the 3 bedrooms, playing outside in the expansive yard, or relaxing in the sunroom. Provided are a 52" TV, washing and drying machine, and 570 Mbps wifi. The space This property is a two-story townhouse with a basement which includes a washing and drying machine. On the first floor, is the living room with a study space and 52" TV, a kitchen equipped with utensils, a dining room, a bathroom, and a sunroom. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms each with a comfy queen size bed, and two bathrooms with showers. Guest access You will have complete access to 9148 and the surrounding yard. Other things to note Update 08/19/2025: We have just added roku streaming to the TV! The couch in the living room opens up into a bed. The provided pillows and blanket for the sofa bed are located in the closet next to the front door. Extra towels, handcloths, paper towels, and toilet paper rolls are located in most of the closets near the bathrooms. Extra pillows and blankets are located in the closets of every bedroom. If you ever need more than what’s provided, don’t hesitate to contact me for extras! Please do not smoke! Guests who leave a smoke smell inside will be charged accordingly.
