SEABEDS: A place where you can find peace within yourself. DESCRIPTION: Our rooms are ideal for couples, groups, friends, and families. We aim to provide the best experience to our guests, and we are always just a call away in case you need assistance. Other things to note AMENITIES: Beddings, pillows, blankets, towels, in-house slippers, eating utensils, and electric kettle are provided in each room for our loving guests. SHARED KITCHEN AND BATH: We have two common bathrooms and one kitchen which will be shared by three rooms. Basic cooking is allowed. LOCATION: We are only two minutes away from Surf town. All kinds of transportation are available just outside the apartment. Take note that since we are located along the National Highway, traffic and engine noise can sometimes be heard in the room during the day. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 2PM, and check-out time is 12NN. Early check-in is allowed, as long as there are no guests checking-out on the same day. However, you will be charged an extra fee of Php 150 per hour. NUMBER OF GUESTS: The base price on the listing is only for two pax. A fee of Php 600 will be charged per additional guest. Room one and room two can accommodate four pax, and room three can accommodate two pax. PARKING: Street parking is available across the unit. RULES: Smoking is prohibited within the premises. Pets are not allowed. Eating is allowed inside the room.
