Montecito Cottage close to beach & village

The space In a quite Montecito neighborhood, this Spanish-style cottage offers a convenient home to enjoy a relaxed go-no-where day, and have easy access to Montecito's lower village, Butterfly beach & downtown Santa Barbara. It is a short 2-min walk down for coffee, only a few minutes longer for a walk to the beach or dinner. The home is in a close-in neighborhood and is surrounded by a beautiful hedge which gives you a private intimate space where you can feel comfortable with the large doorways open to let the indoors and outdoors melt together. The Living Room offers a cozy place to read, watch TV, or chat in front of the gas fireplace. Enjoy dining at either the wood dining table that sits in front of French doors that look out into the yard, or alfresco dining at the large (seats at least 12) outdoor table under a large retractable awning. The kitchen, is fully outfitted with high-end appliances, granite countertops, espresso machine, and a separate breakfast room. There is a Santa Maria-style barbecue available for your use. The Master bedroom features large windows, a king-size bed, walk-in closet, ample drawer space, wall mounted TV, and a private bath. The Master Bathroom has a steam shower, separate large tub, heated floors, double sinks and access to the laundry. The laundry is a quite front-loading washer & dryer. The second Guest Bedroom across the hall with a full-size bed. The Hall Bathroom is equipped with a shower & tub, and additional storage cabinetry. Luxury linens and towels are provided though out. There is also an additional room that serves as both an office and exercise space. It is equipped with a desk, large monitor (which you can connect your computer to), and a Peleton spin bike. You are welcome to ride on our guest account or your own account if you are a fellow Peleton rider. The backyard features a stone patio, an outdoor fire pit, cafe lights, gas heater and comfortable seating. You are welcome to grab the beach cruisers to find the perfect breakfast, or gather up the beach chairs to find your perfect place in the sand. Montecito’s Lower Village includes a Friday Farmer's Market, numerous boutiques, groceries, restaurants, and coffee shops, all within a short walk. Guest access You have private access to the entire home, front yard, & back yard. Parking is available on the street or in the driveway.
