Our brand new fully-furnished studio suites include private kitchenettes with quartz countertops, abundant built-in storage, and large double-paned windows with natural lighting. This is a great opportunity to stay in a stylish community without being far from all of the best that Oakland has to offer. To elaborate, this is a studio not a home. The building itself is set up like a collection of townhouse-style buildings with 5 separate studio suites. Each studio has a private bedroom area, bathroom, and kitchenette with a mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, and countertop 2-burner hot plate, so you can easily cook from inside the studio. The first-floor common area has the main kitchen, dining table, and laundry. All property doors are access-controlled via a key fob, and only you will be able to access your private studio door. There is one studio on the first floor, two on 2nd, and two on 3rd.
