Welcome to our ultra luxurious 3500 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom resort house with gorgeous views of beautiful Bostwick Lake and mind-blowing entertainment space that will allow you to host friends, family or colleagues during the day. Close to food and fun! Winter provides an opportunity to experience so much in the Rockford area: ski, snowboard, sled, tube, ice fish, and winter hiking. Cannonsburg Ski Resort is just 5 minutes away! The space MAIN FLOOR: The main floor will provide you with the best entertaining space! This space is open concept with views of the lake in the huge floor to ceiling windows. The main floor kitchen, pantry, large bar, and living room are great for conversation, visiting, celebrating and gathering. The main floor houses a half bathroom that has been soundproofed to keep all your guests comfortable. Laundry is also located on this level. UPSTAIRS: Upstairs you will find the luxury master suite oasis, a guest bedroom with a desk for work space if needed, a guest bathroom and a huge open space for more entertaining, gathering, lounging and play. The master suite offers a king-sized bed, a double sink bathroom with huge walk-in shower and private toilet room. You will find a blow drier in the master suite bathroom. There is a large walk-in closet equipped with ironing board and iron. The master suite has its own TV for relaxing. Upstairs entertaining space includes a kitchenette equipped with microwave, mini-fridge, sink, and counter space. The large dining table can hold up to 10 people and can be modified all the way down to a table for two. We are happy to help you configure the table in whatever way you prefer. There are two lounging spaces on each end of the upstairs space. One is more kid-focused and includes a Nintendo Switch and casual seating. The upstairs guest room has its own TV, queen-sized bed, desk and good-sized closet. The guest bathroom is right down the hallway and is a tub/shower combination. Both bathrooms will have travel sized shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash and soap bars. BASEMENT LEVEL: The basement level has a third bedroom that is less formal. It includes a bunk bed with full and twin mattresses. There are two luxury twin cots available for use in this room or any room in the home. They are on wheels. They will be set up as a queen bed unless requested to be separated. The huge bathroom on the third level offers a shower. To note: The owners keep their gym equipment in the basement. It is not for use by renters. TECHNOLOGY: All TVs have access to YouTube TV. Wireless connection is available onsite. Thermostats - there are 2 thermostats in the house. One on the main floor in the living room and one upstairs close to the master suite bedroom in the main space. OUTSIDE SPACE: There is a large patio out-front with a view of the lake. This space includes a firepit with a mat for protecting the patio. There is a grill for use in the garage. The grill must be rolled out of the garage prior to use. There are two kayaks and life jackets for use at the public beach space - just a one-minute walk from the home. You can also swim, float and put in other non-motorized boats here. The lake is also used by many locals for triathlon training. It is a great lake for swimming all the way around. There is no public access for motorized boats on Bostwick Lake. However, there are lakes close by where you can put your boat in - Big Pine Island and Wabasis Lake are within 10 minutes of the rental. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, except for the workout equipment. Other things to note The kitchen has all kitchen amenities - cookware, oil, utensils, plates, bowls, coffee pot, Keurig, blender, toaster.
