This house includes a large fitted and equipped kitchen, toilet, 45 m2 dining room, relaxation area with foosball table and armchair (also ideal for a friendly aperitif), 45 m2 living room, cloakroom, laundry room with washing machine, dryer and second fridge, freezer, master suite with bedroom and large Tempur mattress, dressing room and adjoining shower room/toilet, upstairs large bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and two sinks, toilet, double bedroom, office area with double bed, two single bedrooms and a children's playroom.
