Upstairs (available ONLY if you have three or four guests) : Large suite and queen bed with private custom bath. Must be able to climb steps to second story. The space Renovated to 21st century standards, the 1910 Farmhouse is a luxury accommodation located just west of the historic Ozark Square in a safe and convenient neighborhood close to all the attractions in Ozark. Meticulously restored and re-opened in 2023 for guests, this is not just a place to spend a couple of nights.... it is a destination. The farmhouse was originally built by the owner of the famous Ozark Mill. The Mill is now a local dining and shopping attraction built by Johnny Morris of Bass Pro fame. The farmhouse sports a large master suite with pocket doors opening into a comfortable sunroom. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. There is a gas log fireplace and central heat and air conditioning. It's a short walk to shopping and dining on the National Historic Register listed Ozark Square and it is 1/2 mile from the Ozark Mill and Finley Farms, which are part of the Johnny Morris/Bass Pro portfolio of properties. It is also a short walk or bike ride to the Chadwick Flyer greenways trail. It is a 20-minute drive to Branson and about 10 minutes to Springfield. Please be advised: The property is not handicapped accessible! Guest access Guests have access to the entire first floor. A second master suite is available upstairs for an additional fee. There are extensive grounds. In addition to the wrap around the porch and separate patio beside the house, there is a common garden area with an outdoor fireplace. Other things to note Base rate is for single or double occupancy with the use of the entire first floor. The second bedroom suite upstairs is available for extra cost. Please inquire. Not suitable for children. Pets are not allowed. We abide by local occupancy laws which allows a maximum of four non-overnight guests to visit the property during your stay.
