The space The Dany flat is a small oasis of comfort. Located in a residence, it boasts private access that will guarantee you the tranquillity and intimacy you seek. The sofa bed, carefully placed in the living room, offers a panoramic view of the lake, creating the ideal atmosphere for relaxing moments. The kitchen allows you to enjoy breakfast and lunch with an unforgettable view of the lake, creating the perfect setting for enjoying a light meal or admiring a unique sunset. This is complemented by a cosy bedroom and an elegantly furnished bathroom. The shared swimming pool is the ideal place to relax in the sunshine, while the personal terrace invites you to end the day with a glass of wine while admiring the view on the lake waters. Guests have private access to the flat and can access the pool area during the hours and period stipulated by the condominium, see details in the advertisement. The pool will be open on 06/08/2025 and closes on 09/17/2025. Guest access Contact the agency before arrival to receive all useful information. Please do so by 6 pm, the office closes at 7 pm after this time it will no longer be possible to send the access information. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. Other things to note My staff and I will be available for the whole stay. The city tax will have to be paid at the moment of the check in, 1.5€ per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights. The amout shown by the portal inludes the rental fee from the owner and the cost of additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager.
