The Blue Loon is all that and more. This beautiful house and private boat dock is a perfect getaway for families, a large group of friends, work retreats and yoga retreats! The extra large deck is an ideal outdoor entertainment area. Enjoy the private boat dock where you can house your own boat, swim, fish and kayak. NOTE: We do not supply life jackets. Inside enjoy a cozy, elegantly designed home that's fully equipped to fulfill all your needs. We hope you love this place as much as we do! House- The house is an open floor plan that is perfect for large gatherings were everyone has plenty of space. TVs are available in every room and outside on the deck. Two fire pits outside. One on the deck and the other were you have an open view of the stars and lake. There is a gas grill available as well. Dock- The dock is located just down the hill from the house in the cove. You can’t miss it, it’s the one with the blue roof! One slip is open for you to bring and house your own boat during your stay. Enjoy swimming, fishing and kayaking! 2 kayaks are available for use. There is also a Lilly Pad available. NOTE: We do not supply life jackets. The Blue Loon is nestled within the Cookson community, only a mile from Cookson Marina. Even though you drive past houses on your way to The Loon, you will soon find yourself feeling completely secluded from the rest of the world as soon as you step foot on our beautiful, extra large deck. There is private parking available at The Loon. The lake is only a short 500 foot walk away. The Deck at Cookson Village is 1 mile away, as is the Marina.
