Located a few steps from the beach, watch the sun melt into the horizon while you enjoy some of the Cape’s legendary food and wine with family and friends. The space A beautiful modern space which has stunning sea views and views across to Hout Bay, Chapmans Peak Mountain and Table Mountain in the background. All bedrooms are spacious and have bathrooms ensuite. To ensure a sustainable energy source and a continuous supply of power our home has solar panels and an inverter in place . The outdoor area has a barbecue, seating area and sparkling pool. Guest access The guests have full access to the home on the 2 lower levels. There is garage parking and off street parking. Access either from garage or front door (own entrance). There is a private apartment upstairs separate from the main house which is not available to rent. Other things to note Please note that from May through August we accommodate 6 guests and not 8. The rest of year 8 guests are accommodated.
