This is a lovely family complex and one of the very few with double glazed windows and doors to reduce traffic noise and assist with heating and cooling as well as airconditioner in main living area, ceiling fans in bedrooms and lounge. Please note WIFI at this apartment is shared. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's enjoyment. The complex does not permit parties or gatherings.
