The apartment, finely renovated and equipped with every comfort, is located in a historic building in the heart of Palermo, a few steps from the Teatro Massimo, within the pedestrian area of Via Maqueda. The central and strategic location will allow you to walk to the city's main historical and cultural points of interest. The space The apartment, elegant, cozy and bright, has just been renovated and cared for in every detail to provide you with maximum comfort during your stay. It consists of an entrance, a kitchen-living room with a comfortable French double sofa bed (140x200), a loft with a double bed (160x200), a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and a full bathroom with a spacious shower. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances (induction cooktop, microwave, electric oven, fridge, kettle, toaster) and you will find everything you need for cooking (crockery, pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar). The extra virgin olive oil you will find available is organic and produced by us. Guest access The entire apartment will be for your exclusive use. You will also have access to a common relaxation area with sofas, desk, supplies to prepare herbal teas, tea or coffee and reading material. Other things to note The apartment is located within the ZTL (restricted traffic zone) to access it by car you must purchase the daily pass (cost 5 euros).
