Home in Murter

If you want to spend your vacation in the nature, in an isolated place, near the sea, yet close to all facilities, the newly renovated fisherman's house 'La Pineta' is the perfect choice for you. It is located on the island of Murter, far from the village. There is only one other house nearby, about 50 meters away, it is also for rent. The house is reachable by car with a macadam road - there is a private parking 70 meters from the house. The space The house consists of the ground floor and the gallery. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a gas stove and an electric refrigerator, a living room with a TV and a bathroom with a shower (in the heating season there is hot water). During the summer you can use an outdoor shower - heated by the sun. There are two bedrooms on the gallery - in each there is a double bed (dimensions 160 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm). There is a 220 volt electricity and it is supplied by solar collectors. For water supply you will use a water pump. There is enough water, but it should be used rationally. The house has heating so you can stay during the winter. House has air-conditioning. Guest access There is a terrace with a grill in front of the house. Next to the house there is a space for rest and sunbathing, and within the property, near the sea, there is another area for sunbathing with deckchairs. On the coast, there is access to the sea for the guests of the house 'La Pineta'. It is possible to rent our new Orbea mountain bikes and enjoy exploring the whole island.
