This is a beautiful end condo is located at Ocean Pointe Suites in Tavernier, just a skip and a hop from Key Largo and Islamorada. Master bedroom has king size bed and the Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms have direct access to their own bathrooms. The space This is a unique end unit located in building 4 of Ocean Pointe Suites. This building is closets to the open ocean of any of the buildings at ocean Pointe and the views do not disappoint. Its also conveniently located next to the marina on site as well as the pool. This unit has 2 bedrooms, pull out sofa in the living room and two bathrooms. These are the biggest units and have the most natural light of all those that Ocean Pointe has to offer. Will not disappoint for those families looking for a home away from home. Guest access Guests will be given a unique 4 digit code for the duration of their stay. No front desk to check in with key fobs or hard keys for this unit. Guest will have to check in with the 24 hour on-site security gate and 2 vehicles are max allowed for this property. Other things to note MARINA RESERVATIONS Please note that we do not manage the marina and cannot guarantee availability for boat dockage. You will have to contact the Dockmaster at Ocean Pointe, please contact Oasis Vacation Rentals for the Dockmaster email address. You will be required to submit a copy of the vessel insurance and registration along with the trailer registration and room confirmation. Please be sure to attach all required documents during your initial submission as failure to do so will delay our ability to process your request. Use the Ocean Pointe Marina Amenity Reservation form to submit your request and required documentation directly to the Ocean Pointe dock master. To ensure you are able to use the marina and facilities prior to submitting a request, please see the general rules below: Rules/Regulations/Restrictions: • All operators of vessels in the marina must have a copy of a current insurance declaration page indicating a minimum of $300,000 bodily liability and $100,000 property damage coverage on file with the dock master. • Owned or commercially rented vessels must be registered and insured or rented in the name of the owner or registered guest staying on the property. • Vessels must not exceed 28ft registered length. (Note: maximum beam 9’6”) • Jet Skis, Wave runners, Sea Doo's or other PWC are not allowed on property or in the marina at any time. BEACHES The Florida Keys isn’t really known for its vast beaches. We are a series of islands made up of coral rock. We do have some small beaches that are accessible but they are nothing like the beaches you will find on the west coast of Florida or the Miami/Ft Lauderdale area. The closest public beach is Anne’s Beach which is in south Islamorada. The best way to experience the Keys is to get out on the water. We have world class boating, diving, snorkeling, and kayaking!
