Comfortable Room with Bathroom (Registered)

This bright room is self contained and isolated on the lower level. No kids, infants or pets are allowed. The compact room is well equipped with fridge, microwave oven, Keurig coffee and cable TV. There is a large shower with lots of hot water. We are in Springfield/Spall area between the city centre and the Orchard Park Mall. We are close to 5, 8 and 11 bus routes. We are close to a Casino, resturants, supermarket and shops. We are a registered B&B. Business License # 4078347. The space Our compact room has a very comfortable queen size bed, 42" LED TV, Basic Shaw Channels, fast Wifi, comfortably furnished, a small fridge, microwave oven and Keurig coffee machine. Also, wine glasses and opener. There is an ensuite washroom with large shower and lots of hot water. Quality sheets and towels are provided. Scones are provided in your room to have with your coffee on the first morning. 2 bottles of water are also provided. Only the room and bathroom are included in rental. The entire home is not a shared space. Our facility is Adults only and we do not cater for infants or children. It is also a pets free room. Guest access The house is on a 1/3 acre property in central Kelowna. The room and bathroom are on the lower level of a split-level house with shared 24/7 access. We are a 5 minute drive from beaches, the hospital, the downtown core, the casino and the Orchard Park shopping mall. We close to #5, #8, and #11 bus route and have ample parking on our property. Other things to note *This is an adults only and pets free facility. No infants or children please. *The Kelowna International Airport is just 15 minutes away and the Big White Ski resort is less that an hour away. * We are within walking distance of the Landmark business district, restaurants, casino, supermarket and shops. *No cooking facilities are available in the home or cooking permitted in the room. Reheating of take-outs or cooked food is OK using microwave in the room.. *A Keurig coffee machine is provided in the room. *Iron and ironing board are available on request. *No laundry services are provided in the home. Spin City Laundromat is nearby at the Mission Park Mall, 605 KLO Rd. *We are centrally located on busy road so traffic can be heard. *During the day, there are the regular house noises, which occur in any functional house. *We are a registered B&B, Business License # 4078347.
