There is a combined microwave and oven, toaster, kettle and small range of utensils, cookware and crockery Dining Area A table and chairs in the lounge area Bedroom The comfortable double bed with reading light and window partition so guests can enjoy a morning lie-in with views down towards the river Bathroom The bathroom has a walk-in shower cubicle with electric shower, hand basin, heated towel rail, and flushing toilet Outside Decked area to the front of the pod with a table and chairs and views over the communal grass area, apple trees and the river. A firepit with grill attachment is provided, doubling as a BBQ The wood‑fired hot tub sits on the decking.
