Beautiful Lake House Perfect Getaway

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful quiet place to stay. This House has 3 Bedrooms, 1 with Bunk Beds. Central AC. Great Lake for Fishing. Internet & TV. Full Bath and Shower & Toilet in the basement. All linens are supplied and all washed after each visit. Kitchen also has pots, pans & utensils. (Currently the basement bathroom is under renovations and will not be useable) The space This lake house is ideal for families. It’s a 3 Bedroom, Has 2 Regular beds and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds. We kindly ask that you do not rent if you are having adult parties. (Such as bachelor or bachelorette parties) This is a family oriented lake and have very peaceful and nice neighbors. I hope you can understand, if you have any questions, feel free to shot us a message. We want you to enjoy your vacation. There is a shower & toliet in the basement if you down by the lake. This bathroom is very basic. Guest access The entire property is available, there is a mechanic room in the basement which is locked. There is also a boat, which is unavailable to renters do to insurance regulations. We use the boat for maintenance. Other things to note Please note: There is a photo of a boat in the photos. That boat is only for maintenance only. Due to insurance, boat will not be accessible during rentals.
