The property is centrally located with easy access to the 55, 22 & 5 freeways, OC beaches, Disneyland, Chapman University, and is less than an hour away from Los Angeles for big city fun. 30-day min stay The space The condo unit is located on the first floor and is part of a sizeable and safe community. The rooms are generously proportioned with lots of ample closet space. Queen beds adorn both rooms and each room has its own bathroom. There is one assigned carport space to the unit. Although the unit does not have its own laundry, there are several laundry facilities in the the complex itself, so you never have to leave the complex on laundry day. The community is pet friendly with lovely outdoor walking paths, perfect for those that are accompanied by their fur babies. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit. Other things to note There is one assigned parking spot in a covered carport. Please keep this in mind especially if you will be travelling with more than one car. There is street parking available but can become challenging in the evenings and weekends. Be aware posted parking restrictions (street sweeping days). Guest parking is also available but must abide by they HOA rules.
