The Tenant House

Welcome to our farmhouse! Bloomfield is located at the northernmost tip of the Finger Lakes; a region rich in beauty, wineries, and culture. Suitable for couples, single travelers, adventurers, business travelers, and families. We are surrounded by nature. While rural, travel is easy: Canandaigua-10 mins, Victor and Geneva-20 mins, and Rochester-30 mins. A charming farmhouse surrounded by nature. Built in the 1920's the Tenant House has been modernized to provide the basics you need. The space The Tenant House is situated on a rural 25-acre farm. Built in the 1920s, it has a farmhouse charm, but it has been updated to afford a comfortable stay. The house is spacious and bright. Guest access Guests have access to the house and surrounding yard. There are two parking spaces near the back door. Guests are welcome to walk on the trails on the southern end of our property. When in season you'll find cherries, blackberries, and black caps. BE AWARE - Electric fencing is used and may be on. Please do not feed the horses. Other things to note The Tenant House is on a well and septic. Do not flush anything but toilet paper. While the water is drinkable, some bottled water is provided.
