The interior of this home is sure to be the perfect backdrop for your stay. In addition, we feature high-end furnishings by Restoration Hardware that will elevate the travel experience for any discerning guest. We exceed all cleaning and sanitizing regulation measures and sanitize ALL bedding with enhanced steam sanitation between each guest. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: *By booking, you agree to provide a copy of your government-issued ID no later than 24hrs before Check-in. *No Animals are allowed. No parties or events of any kind. Long Term Stays *Stays for 7 days or more, please be aware of the following conditions. We provide initial consumable items, but guests are responsible for replenishing those items and taking out the garbage. We also require our cleaners to clean for longer stays every 2 weeks. If guests book longer than 2 weeks there is additional cleaning fees of $200 for every 2 weeks of their stay. *📫Short term AND Midterm Guests have NO access to a mailbox. NO packages (including amazon) or personal mail of any kind can be delivered to the home. Baby items: * Portable crib and highchair is available for guest use. They are always at the property.
