This cabin is cozy and just steps to the Lake Amelia (near Villard, MN). The cabin is less then 20 miles from Alexandria, MN and 8 miles from Glenwood. Lake days are perfect for relaxing, swimming, fishing and enjoying the breathtaking sunsets. This cabin is very clean and comfortable with an open floor plan and large windows facing the lake. There is dining for 6, seating for more. The kitchen offers the necessary amenities and a grill is available for outdoor cooking. The living area has a couch with a queen sleeper and a love seat, there a is smart TV in this space. There are 2 bedrooms, both equipped with a queen bed, closets, and extra bedding. The master has a smart TV. There is one full bathroom with a shower. The outdoor space offers a long lot with parking for 4. The cabin is situated on the lot close to the lake. There is a fenced in area behind the cabin that is shady and pet friendly. There is a small outdoor storage shed on the land side of the cabin as well. The lake side offers 60 feet of sandy shore, great for swimming. There is a dock with a bench, feel free to tie up the boat here (use the public access to put your boat in the water). Guests can access the entire home with the exception of a pantry that will be locked - it is located just inside the home's entrance (on the right). The storage shed will also be locked. Owner is available through the Airbnb site/ app. at all times. Generally is available in person as well, personal residence is close to the cabin. This cabin is located on a gravel road, about 1/2 mile off the tar. There are cabins on both sides of the property. Coffee and some basic kitchen supplies (olive oil and vinegar, salt/ pepper), Shampoo/conditioner/body wash are in the shower, Beach towels, gas grill, patio furniture, fire pit, and dock are all available for use. There is parking for 4, can fit a trailer. Off site parking is available for a trailer if needed.
