Apartment in a beautiful heritage house

The apartment is spacious and bright, it is inside a recently restored heritage house that combines aspects of modernity without taking away the historical character. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The space The apartment located in the Miraflores neighborhood is in the central area of Patate, close enough to walk to visit the Basilica of the Lord of the Earthquake, the fruit and espumilla stalls in the park, or the delicious arepas and grape chicha. However, it is away from the noise and traffic of the avenue and streets near the park. This allows visitors to enjoy a quiet stay without missing the opportunity to visit the attractions of this magical town. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed with a private bathroom, and the other bedroom with a double bed and a queen size bed. There is another full bathroom with entrance from the living room. Dining room for six people, kitchen equipped with 4-burner induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils (dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery, etc.), washing machine, refrigerator. There is a wifi connection and TV with an active Netflix account. Everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay can be found here. Guest access The apartment is rented in full, providing our guests with complete privacy and independence. It has a separate entrance and no area is shared with people outside the group that books it. Other things to note We do not charge cleaning fees, so we expect guests to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions. This heritage apartment was restored with a lot of love and we hope that guests will enjoy and take care of it.
