"Rose's house opened on June 19, 2023, (it welcomes guests from May to the end of October). It is located close to the landing beaches and particularly Utah Beach (9 km). Angoville-au-Plain is a commune attached to the city of Carentan-les Marais (6 km). Close to Sainte-Mère-Eglise (8 km). Located one minute from the RN13, joining the Cherbourg-Caen axis, ideal for exploring Cotentin. The space 90 M2 house with: - A main room with open equipped kitchen, dining room and living room (2-person sofa bed) -2 bedrooms with double beds (140/200), each of these bedrooms has its own independent staircase. - A small bedroom with 1 single bed (90/190) -2 bathrooms (One on the ground floor with bathtub, one upstairs with shower with a hair dryer and a straightener), a toilet -An office space that can be used as a playroom for children. - Garden and garage. Linens provided: Sheets, towels, dish towels, hand towels, dishcloths and washable sponge. A small troubleshooting kit is available so you can settle in peacefully (coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.). Small clarification: the use of the baby cot is not counted in the number of beds, we just ask you to inform us if you use it in order to provide the necessary linen. You will not be asked for any supplement. Guest access Access to the entire house. Only the garage attic will be inaccessible. Other things to note For clarification, the house is on the side of the road. You can park 2 cars on the side of the road in front of the house or you have the option to park a car in the garden.
