All LOCAL bookings PLEASE reach out to host for approval BEFORE booking. Instant bookings by locals may be canceled if they have not been explicitly approved by the host in advance. (2) Security Deposit: A $500 refundable security deposit is required for all guests. This deposit will be authorized on your payment method at the time of booking and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property or violation of house rules.
