The space The loft is a private studio apartment that features a king bed, full bathroom, walk-in closet, kitchenette, dining area, and living room space with a smart TV. Guests can enjoy the water views from the front yard, backyard, and the private beach. Please note that the apartment itself does not have water views. The private beach is accessed from the backyard of the property. Guest access Besides the private studio apartment, guests may use the front and back yards, including the gazebo and the Adirondack chairs. The private beach can be accessed directly from the backyard. Other things to note Please note the kitchenette is not a full kitchen and is not equipped for cooking. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, wine opener, plates, bowls, flatware, glasses, mugs, Keurig coffeemaker with an assortment of coffee and teas, sugars, and creamer. We do not allow pets.
