Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This location is remote, but with many amenities! you can lounge in the great open spaces or enjoy the secluded areas. The cabin is placed on the top of a scenic mountain with breathtaking views. There is room for the entire family or multiple families to enjoy this location. There are many nearby outdoor adventures that can be had, such as kayaking, swimming at Hyner Park, sightseeing, hiking, ATV trails, dining and much more. The space The property is 560 acres , There is a large yard for outdoor games, bocce ball , corn hole, Pickleball Court, all provided for our guests, Indoors,multiple board games, Game room includes, shuffleboard, pool table ,ping pong. 10 bedrooms consist of 1 king size bed w dresser , 8 Queen beds w dressers ,1 w bunk beds, Note, some of the bedroom closets will be locked for the owners personal items,, 5 1/2 bath, 2 full bath tub/shower combo on second floor, 1 1/2 bath walk in shower on main floor, 2 full bathrooms in basement ,1 walk in shower , 1 tub/shower combo. 3 Laundry rooms, 1 on each floor. Guest access Guest will have use of the entire cabin and surrounding property. The Sproul State Forest borders the property. Hiking is permitted on designated trails. No hunting or ATV riding is allowed on the property. Both can be done within a few minutes of the property. Young Woman’s creek flows through the property, stocked for trout fishing.. The PA DCNR connector trail system for ATVs is about a 12 minutes away The property is 560 acres, You may frequently see the owners on some days to do work on food plots for the wildlife. Please Note,, An AWD vehicle may be needed access the Lodge during the winter season. Other things to note Absolutely no fireworks are allowed on the property, fireworks will scare the wildlife ,and could cause forest fires, there will be significant fines for anyone using fireworks. Any campers parked on the property will be charged a $50 per night fee , any guests past 12 , ages of 12 and up are counted as adults, and will be charged a 25$ per night fee, “max guest amount”, “20 adults, and 10 children”any guest amounts over 16 guests will need confirm with host, and provide the number of adults and children. Payments for over 16 guests will be submitted by your host with Airbnb resolution payment option.
