Clean & cozy room with 10" queen memory foam mattress & quality cotton sheets. Quiet & peaceful environment in a spacious house. The RTD station and the bus stops are within 3 minutes of walking. Close to many amenities such as Target, Starbucks, and In-N-Out! - Anschutz Campus (2.7mi) - UCHealth (2.4mi) - Children's Hospital (2mi) - Medical Center of Aurora (3mi) - Denver Airport (16mi) Your hosts (Tae & Aaron) live on the Garden level with our dog Louie, and share the common space. Welcome! The space - Your private room is secured with a keypad lock, and the bathroom across the hallway is shared with one other guest. - Enjoy your green tea infused memory foam mattress with 100% cotton sheets. Also provided are a desk & chair for you to use. While this room gets plenty of daylight, we can provide blackout curtains upon request. - There are three Airbnb rooms on the second floor. The main floor with a vaulted ceiling & bright natural light has a shared kitchen, living room & dining room. PLEASE NOTE: Our dog, Louie lives in the house, and we often dogsit. If you are allergic to dogs or are not comfortable with pets, please consider other listings. Guest access - Free street parking is available about 40 yards away. While there is plenty of parking available around the neighborhood, there is no parking available directly in front of our house due to a bike lane. - You will receive directions & check-in instruction before your arrival. During your stay While we typically keep to ourselves, please feel free to reach out if you need anything! Other things to note - Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted in or on the property. This includes the front and backyard. - Our house is located next to a highway. You will hear highway noises in the house, especially if the windows are open (day and night). If you are sensitive to sound, we encourage you to seek other options. - Please remove your shoes when entering the house. - Unlisted guests are not allowed on the property. - (For long-term guests) Laundry is located in the garden level where we stay, and will not be freely accessible. You will receive a link with weekly availabilities to sign up for a time. - There is a temporary road and water system construction surrounding our house.
