Family friendly downtown home

Located downtown in artsy neighborhood called Coronado. Amazing location. 5 minute drive to downtown stadiums. 25 minutes to Scottsdale and Tempe. Coffee/dining options in walking distance. Kids playset in side yard, Pool (not heated) Guest access The entire property excluding one bedroom is available for guests use:) Because this is our full time home and we only air bnb when we travel, some of our personal property will be in the extra bedroom which will be locked. Other things to note Our hanging chair in the living room is for you to enjoy! Please note:: This chair holds up to 300 pounds And it's mostly for sitting in- if you want to swing, head out to the outdoor play set:)
