The space This beautiful 8 bedroom villa sleeps up to 18 people – all within walking distance of Phuket’s #1 beach. It has peaceful views across hillsides and jungle with multiple living areas both inside and outside. The villa is the perfect place for a large group to spread out and enjoy island life – a drink on the balcony, a swim in the pool, a glass of wine in the sala or a meal cooked by your own chef at the 14 seater outside dining table. In addition to the 8 ensuite bedrooms offering room for up to 18 people, the villa has three inside living areas, two outside living areas, an outside sala perfect for al fresco dining, and an extensive sun deck surrounding the large infinity edge 10 x 5 meter swimming pool with jacuzzi. There is plenty of room to relax and unwind while no one imposes on each other’s personal space. The 8 ensuite bedrooms and various living areas and outside space are further complimented by a large games room, complete with large TV, pool table and exercise bikes even more variety to the entertainment. A fully-fitted large Western-style kitchen, with all appliances, offers the opportunity for any residents to prepare desired meals or the meals can be prepared by our own staff giving the parents the holiday they truly deserve. We generally do not accept 16 adults. Change villa - if necessary (eg when maintenance is required) we reserve the right to change your villa to an identicle or larger villa in the same development. We have 6 basically identicle 7 bedroom villas. Airport transfers – these will be arranged at a discounted rate of just 1,200b each way for a 14 seater van which takes 10 people plus luggage and the driver will stop at shops on the way to the villa if requested. If your booking is over US$2,000 1 free transfer each way will be provided. For bookings over US$3,000 2 free transfers each way will be provided. Van hire - a 14 seater van with driver is very popular with our guests and costs 3,000b per 8 hr day (including petrol). Ask you maid when you need a van. A trip to Patong for the evening will usually cost 1,600 - 2,000b. 1 day bookings - A 1 day booking will be charged at least 160% of the standard rate - all guests usually take 2 or more days. Peak periods Xmas/New Year and Chinese New Year - Usually a 12 -14 day minimum booking applies to New Year and a 7 day minimum booking applies to CNY. However shorter periods may be accepted depending on what existing bookings have already been made. Electricity - Phuket is undertaking major projects to upgrade electricity supply, however partial or full electricity failures may happen from time to time especially in stormy weather conditions, they usually last 30 minutes to 2 hours and are usually only partial power cuts (but these may effect water supply, aircons or wifi). As with hotels we are unable to accept any claims for electricity outages as they are beyond our control. Hot water - if 7 or more guests chose to have baths and showers at the same time then water pressure may drop - while multiple showers generally do not effect hot water , running baths for children can use a lot of hot water very quickly. For 99% of guests this is not an issue but please note for large groups you should avoid having numerous simultaneous baths and showers. We are unable to accept any claims for low water pressure or low hot water as some guests like to make false claims simply by them using excessive water especially childrens' baths or groups of 15 or more. Scooters - these are also very popular and can be hired for about 200b ($6) per day. Ask your maid if you need scooters. Meals - your maid will cook breakfast at about 9am, and for an extra 1,000b will cook dinner. For groups over 15 the charge will be 1500b. The cost of the food is extra and is paid for by the guests but the maid will generally buy the food. All meals are sorted out directly between yourself and your maid. If you need an early breakfast for some reason you need to pay your maid 400b to come in early. There is a menu in the villa. Extra maid - if you have a large group you may want to hire a second maid for 500b a day. Again you can arrange this directly with your maid and she will try and find someone to help, but this is not always possible. Beach – the Villa is one of the closest villas to Nai Harn beach and is a pleasant 1.2km walk - half of the walk is beside Nai Harn lake. Restaurants – There are Thai, French and Mexican restaurants within 600m. There are numerous restaurants at Nai Harn beach. 7Eleven – the nearest 7Eleven is 900m away.
