Full-size separate kitchen, office, modern shower room and off-road parking; perfect for a short or long break for all. The space Located within the lower ground floor of an 1800s regency villa this spacious studio apartment has been sympathetically renovated from the old servants quarters. The photos do not do this space justice, it is spacious and beautifully appointed and has all the home comforts you could need. Upon arrival parking is easy on the private driveway where there is space for one vehicle. The Bolthole is accessed down a steep stone staircase, not suitable for those with mobility or balance difficulties (see images), and a private entrance gives you access to the welcoming and spacious hallway where there is plenty of room for luggage, coats and shoes. The combined living/dining/sleeping space is both modern but classic in style with comfort at heart. A 3 seater sofa and dining table for two means the space is truly multifunctional. The bed can be arranged as either a 6ft super king or twin beds, making it perfect for couples or those that don’t want to share who would like a central place to stay. The full size kitchen means making meals is easy and enjoyable if you want a cosy night in and choose to cater for yourself. It is separated by a doorway with a full window and so no cooking smells need to encroach on your living/sleeping space. If you prefer to dine out or order takeaway almost every possible food option is within a short walk or delivery using online providers. We are happy to make suggestions if you have specific cravings! A separate office means working away from your place of work is comfortable and with fast broadband very accessible. A travel cot and highchair are available for those travelling with an infant/toddler and happy for older children to stay if bed sharing with parents. Underfloor heating conducted by flagstones ensures the space is always comfortable. If you are sensitive to stone underfoot do pack your slippers for added softness! Guest access The space is fully self contained with its own private entrance. Please note: there is steep access down external stone steps and therefore is not accessible for those with mobility or balance difficulties; see images for a clear understanding of this. Other things to note We are within short walking distance to local event hosts such as Temperance, The Assembly and Royal Spa Centre. We are the main town for access to Warwick Uni, Jaguar Land Rover and Aston Martin. Accessible by bus (end of the road) or your own vehicle. London trains are direct and take approx 50 mins. The train station is a few minutes easy walk. We are a 10 min drive from Warwick Castle or public transport will take you right there from the end of the road. Stoneleigh Park is a 10 minute easy drive (maximum) Warwick Castle and Kenilworth Castle are both within easy reach approx 10-15 mins by car or direct bus available at the end of the road. Stratford upon Avon is approx 20 min drive or bus or train options within a few mins.
