1ha Private island, small cabin and lakeside sauna. Beds for 4-6. Gas stove, 2x fireplace. One separate bedroom and in the living room there's two sofas suitable for sleeping. Electricity comes from the sun and, if necessary, from generator. Outdoor sauna (no shower) and outhouse (no WC). Water from well. You can swim directly from the sauna at your own small sandy beach, or you can even splash into the water from the pier. Access to island by boat takes about 6 minutes. The space This is traditional style Finnish summerhouse without any luxury, unless you appreciate privacy, nature and quietness. this is as private as it can get, maybe little bit exotic. Wintertime might be little bit extreme ;) In "master bedrom" there is kingsize bed. In livingroom, fireplace, dinner table, two sleep-able sofas. In kitchen, wood stove, gas stove, fridgerator is pit in ground, and that pit is under the kitchen floor. Sauna is near water, easy to got to swim or roll on snow. Toilet is behind log storage, outhouse. Guest access Whole island is for you only, there won't be no one else nearby. There's fishing equipments, canoe, sup-boad, everything in island you can use if you know how. Car you can park next to boat, but last 100m of road is narrow and difficult to drive unless you have 4WD. Other things to note Boat: setup for summer 2025 At car harbour there is small rowing boat equiped with gasoline engine. At the island, there is bigger steering wheel boat with 40hp engine and electric engine for trolling. Also canoe and sup-boad. Plenty of fishing equipments available. You can park car near boat and there is 600m from mainland to island. Last 200m of road is really off-road so if you don’t have SUV, better park on higher ground.
