The space This newly constructed contemporary well-sized home, has two floors, air conditioning in every room and a spacious living room with panoramic glass doors that open to the pool and barbecue area. For your entertainment, take advantage of the free WiFi which is available throughout the house and the large flat-screen TV with cable channels. You can also access your Netflix, Prime and YouTube accounts directly from the TV remote control. The kitchen is large, modern and fully equipped with utensils sufficient to prepare either quick or elaborate meals. The kitchen and dining room areas (with sea view), are accessible from the open plan living room. A convenience bathroom is also located on the ground floor. For your enjoyment and relaxation, the pool area is equipped with outdoor furniture. Since it has no fencing, children must always be accompanied by an adult when on the pool deck or using the pool. The pool is equipped with a polycarbonate cover, which when closed at night, assists in maintaining a higher water temperature. There is also a solar outdoor shower. Central Lisbon is 45 minutes away via taxi and an hour away, using public transport (Ericeira bus terminal to Lisbon Campo Grande and metro connections).
