My newly renovated large one bedroom apartment is located in leafy and peaceful Fitzroy North, very close to great parks and pubs. It features an open, light and airy living room, fully functional kitchen, very large patio and a large bathroom. The apartment is very homie, private, quiet and is well suited for a relaxing stay in Melbourne. The city tram is very close which makes it easy to get anywhere in Melbourne and there is a secure carpark. **pls note there are no stairs to the apartment** The space The apartment has a large bathroom separate from the bedroom. The kitchen is a galley kitchen but it is brand new and fully functional. It has a large fridge, induction stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom adjoins the living room and has a queen size bed. The open living space adjoins the large patio which provides an oasis in the inner north. The carpark is located in the basement of the complex and is available for guests. Other things to note Please note: There have been a few changes to the artworks and one change to furniture to what is pictured. The white drawers in the bedroom have been replaced by bedside table with drawers.
