Beautiful vacation home with ocean views

Lovely holiday home at Broagerland located in beautiful, quiet surroundings with sea views to Flensburg Fjord, fields and forest. There are 1.2 km to the nearest sandy beach and lots of opportunities for cycling and hiking in the area. The 110 m2 home is well equipped and decorated in a nice and relaxing style where the delights have been thought of. From the large roof terrace, you can enjoy the view over the sea, fields and forest. A perfect place for fun and relaxation. NOTE minimum 7 nights. The space The home consists of a large kitchen - living room and living area of 50 m2 and a bedroom on the 1st floor. From the living room, there is access to a large veranda of approx. 20 m2. From the porch, there is a staircase down to a smaller terrace at the back of the house, which is also part of the vacation home. The ground floor consists of a large entrance hall and a bathroom. Other things to note There are plenty of opportunities for cycling and hiking in the area. The Gendarmstien, which has been designated a European hiking trail, is close to the holiday home. The same goes for the brick factory museum, Cathrinesminde. Bicycles can be rented in Gråsten and Sønderborg. The nearest beach is in Brunsnæs 1.2 km away - but there are several other lovely sandy beaches in the area such as Vemmingbund and Spar Es. The nearest town is Broager, which is 2.5 km away. Here there is a large and a smaller supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, bank, etc. Sønderborg is about 15 minutes' drive away. It's a super cozy town overlooking the water. Here there are good opportunities for shopping and many cafes/restaurants, a cozy harbor promenade and marina. In Sønderborg, there are sights such as "Point of View" at Hotel Alsik, Dybbøl Mill and the fortress area, Sønderborg Castle, the "1864" museum about World War I in Southern Jutland and the German Museum. The town of Gråsten is about 10 minutes' drive away. Here is Gråsten Castle and the beautiful castle park, where the Danish royal family holds summer holidays every year. You can also visit the royal kitchen garden - free entrance. On Als is the adventure park "Universe Science Park" - for both children and adults. Cozy Flensborg is about 25 minutes' drive away.
