Vacation home in Rosengarten

We are renting a 95 square meter spacious and quiet apartment in the countryside, in close proximity to Hamburg and the Lüneburg Heath. In the immediate vicinity are the museum village "Freilichtmuseum am Kiekeberg" and the "Wildpark Schwarze Berge." In the village there is a supermarket and a bakery within walking distance. Designated hiking and riding trails as well as bike paths start right outside the front door. Both Hamburg city center and Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath can be reached in 30 minutes. The space The apartment is on the top floor of a three-party house. It was fully renovated and newly furnished in early summer 2023. The apartment consists of a large living-dining area, a large bedroom with a double bed with separate mattresses, and two smaller rooms with single beds. This room is only accessible via the other single room, but has its own room door. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a bathroom with shower tub. Guest access The apartment with its own apartment door can be reached via a staircase in the courtyard. From the staircase, a second apartment door on the first floor leads off, which belongs to our apartment. Other things to note By arrangement, a sunny place in the courtyard is available for you. NOTE: We are sorry, but for this reason we are forced to increase the rental price in the heating season by €10, because Some frighteningly high gas consumption has been shown this season.
