Mountain Home on Shoreline Trail

Cozy top level of roomy mountain home on the Bonneville Shoreline Trail. Only 15 minutes from the airport and downtown. Enjoy close proximity to SLC without the city vibe. Nearby trailheads, golfing, and the Bountiful LDS temple. Pet friendly and recently updated with a sunny, open kitchen, and spacious living areas. Two private decks with west facing view as well as shared access to the backyard and porch. En-suite bathroom and fold out twin cot/mattress. The space This is a split entry home with about 8 stairs to access the space. Guests have private access through the front door as well as private access to the entire top floor including two balconies. Guests have access to a walk in closet, dresser, and empty coat closet. No need to pack light! I live in the basement with shared access to the fenced backyard. This house was built in the late 70s so it comes with some of the nuances that older houses tend to have although it has had some updates. There are two non working fireplaces, please do not use them. Traveling with your dog is always more fun! I like to accommodate responsible pet owners who prefer to bring their pet along instead of worrying about them being left behind at a sitter or in a kennel. I do not charge a pet fee. There is a $30 cleaning fee. Please let me know if you’d like to use a wire crate or dog bed. If so, I’ll have them out for you. The house is on a mountain so we do see the occasional box elder bug or spider even though I do my best to prevent any insects from entering. I professionally clean the space after each guest however, there’s always the chance that a hair or two gets missed so if this is a huge problem for you, this might not be the best fit. Guests have shared access to the front and backyard through the south gate next to the garage. In order to access the home, there is a big increase in elevation. If guests are pulling a trailer I recommend taking one of the other roads besides Chelsea drive as it’s a bit steep. I will include alternative driving directions with the check in instructions. Other things to note There’s no washer/dryer on the top level and no shared access however, I’m happy to toss in a few loads for you if you’d like to leave any laundry on the stairs and let me know when to grab it for you.
