With 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, this retreat offers comfort and relaxation for up to eight guests. Take a dip in the refreshing swimming pool, fire up the grill for a delicious outdoor feast, and unwind in the lush garden. Whether you're seeking a tranquil getaway or an adventurous exploration of the Istrian region, our vacation home is the perfect base for your memorable vacation. The space Located on a large property (4000 m2) in a small Istrian village is the house Maria, which can accommodate up to 8 guests (6 on beds, 2 on a sofa bed). The accommodation unit is equipped with a swimming pool (15 m2, depth 1.14 m), umbrellas, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. You can spend the most beautiful moments on the covered terrace with dining table and gas barbecue. The house is new, modern, spacious and well designed. There are three bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room, pantry, laundry room -. all on the first floor. There are two air conditioners in the living room and hallway.
