Guest access The entire property is for the guest's private use only. Other things to note The guest is responsible for a $500 fee if evidence of smoking is discovered inside the home. Please note that the pool is professionally cleaned two times a week, usually on Tuesday and Friday during the day. This process can take around 30 mins to 1 hour for each cleaning. Please also note that the groundskeeper also may come onsite during your stay to tend to the garden, which will include some time around the pool area. This should be minimal and it is to maintain the cultivate the landscaping for guests' enjoyment. Beach chairs and cooler provided.
