Every summer we return to this rustic home from the city to breathe in some fresh ocean air and be closer to the rhythm of nature. The house is located in a small local village outside Tam Ky city (around 8km away), and about 40 mins by motorbike from Hoi An. The beach is 2,5km away while the local market is around 1km from the house. More beach, food, and drink options are available in the beautiful village of Bich Hoa Tam Thanh less than 8km away. The space (Vietnamese below) The house has 2 floors with wooden stairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 hall bathroom. Below is the kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has one large bed. Note that only one bedroom on the 2nd floor has AC, all other rooms have fans. There are 6 fans in total in the house, you can move around freely. All bathrooms are separate from the bedrooms. In case you cannot climb stairs, you can still use the bedroom on the first floor with fans, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. There is a storage room downstairs that has an additional bed that may be used by guests if needed. This is the place where we and our children come back every summer to take in some sea breeze and fresh air. The house is located in a small village where you will automatically live closer to the pace of nature. Morning local market is 1.3km from the house, Tinh Thuy beach is 2.5km from the house. You will need to go early if you want to get food at the market near the house. If you can't get up early, or want more options, you can go around the beautiful road around the sea through Bich Ho Tam Thanh village, to Tam Thanh market 8km from the house. The home has 2 floors with wooden stairs, the 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms 2 sides, and 1 bathroom is outside the bedrooms. Below are the kitchen, dining room, 1 bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. Note that only one bedroom on the 2nd floor is air-conditioned, all other rooms use a fan. There are 6 fans in the house, feel free to move. Guest access (Vietnamese below) You are completely free to use everything in the house. There are washing machine, gas burners, countertop oven, refrigerator, rice cooker, kitchen tools, and 2 bicycles. We have also provided all the soap, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, and floor cleaning liquid for you to use comfortably during your stay here. All laundry and cleaning products in the house are organic products from Refillables Hanoi for the health of guests and the environment. You are completely free to use everything in the house: washing machine, refrigerator, stove, oven, 2 bicycles,... We have all the soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, comfortable floor cleaner for you to use during your stay here. The whole range of washing, scrubbing products in the house is organic from Refillable, for your health, and the earth. Other things to note (Vietnamese below) Please note that the house is in a local village with no tourists, and limited restaurants. The closest morning market is 1,3km away and the closest beach is 2,5km away which can be accessed by bicycle but you will need a motorbike for the most convenient, comfortable stay. That way you can easily get to the bigger market, tourist beach, and Tam Ky city for larger restaurants and supplies. Note that the house is in a place without tourists, and the nearest eateries are at least 2km from the house. You can bike to the sea or go to the early morning market, but you should rent a motorbike for convenient transportation and more options for eating and drinking.
